ClockShark operates on a subscription pricing model consisting of a flat monthly base fee plus a monthly per-active-user rate. It offers two publicly disclosed pricing tiers, Standard and Pro, alongside a 14-day free trial.

Standard Plan: $40/month base fee plus $9/user/month. Pro Plan: $60/month base fee plus $11/user/month. The base fee on both plans includes one administrator.

ClockShark natively integrates with accounting and payroll software including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 100 Contractor (and Sage 300 CRE), Xero, MYOB AccountRight, ADP (RUN Powered by ADP and ADP Workforce Now), Gusto, Paychex, Paylocity, and Square Payroll. For field and project management (PM) systems, ClockShark provides a direct native integration with Simpro (Simpro Premium) to sync schedules, job costing, and labor hours. Integrations with other construction accounting systems like Foundation or Sage Intacct are not offered natively and require third-party tools like Zapier or custom REST API development. The core accounting, payroll, and Simpro integrations are direct, native connections.

ClockShark does not host its own public app marketplace or partner directory for third-party developer add-ons. Instead, it provides a centralized Integrations web page detailing its supported direct connections. Additionally, ClockShark is listed as a third-party partner app within external vendor marketplaces, such as the ADP Marketplace, Paylocity Marketplace, and Gusto App Directory.

Neither Merge.dev nor Agave provides native unified-API connector support for ClockShark. While Merge.dev covers HRIS, payroll, and accounting systems and Agave focuses on construction and field management software, ClockShark is not listed among the supported source integrations for either unified-API provider.
