Partner promotions (e.g. via SiteOne) offer discounts such as $300 off onboarding & training, and verified user reviews confirm separate upfront setup/onboarding fees.

Data can be exported directly from the Arborgold UI into CSV and Microsoft Excel formats across various modules, including Jobs, Material Lists, and Customer lists. For financial and accounting data, Arborgold offers built-in one-way export synchronization for Accounts Receivable records (invoices, payments, credit memos) to QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (via QuickBooks Web Connector).

Arborgold does not operate a public third-party app marketplace or open developer app store. However, it maintains a public Software Integrations directory (featuring connections to QuickBooks, SiteOne, LandscapeHub, SendGrid, Twilio, and Google Workspace) and a Partners directory for approved business, administrative, and marketing consultants.

No major unified-API integration platforms (such as Agave, Merge.dev, or Unified.to) currently support a pre-built native connector for Arborgold.

Arborgold functions primarily as an operational field service and job management platform rather than a standalone general ledger software. It manages job costing, billing, and invoicing, and syncs financial transactions directly with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, which handle cash or accrual general ledger accounting.
