CoConstruct pricing is quote-only and not publicly published on its website following its acquisition by Buildertrend. Historically, CoConstruct utilized a flat monthly subscription model based on active job sites (projects with online client access), offering unlimited users with no per-seat fees.

Pricing requires a custom quote. Third-party benchmarks show promotional introductory pricing starting at $99/month for the first two months (Standard plan), with regular tiered rates ranging from $199/month to $599/month depending on active project volume (e.g., Core at $199/month, Essential/Plus at $399/month, and Advanced/Plus 15 at $499-$599/month).

Data can be extracted manually through native export features: users can export leads and summary tables directly to CSV files, export financial and project reports to Excel or PDF formats, and utilize the 'Download Project Data' feature (Settings > Account > Other Settings) to receive an emailed ZIP archive of raw project data (excluding photos and files). Bulk document and photo exports are not supported natively and require manual per-project downloads.

CoConstruct has essentially no native AI features as of 2025-2026. Following its 2021 acquisition by Buildertrend, active platform development transitioned to maintenance mode while parent company Buildertrend encouraged customer migration to its main platform (which received AI features like AI Client Updates in 2025). CoConstruct itself relies entirely on legacy rules-based automation for templating, schedule updates, and proposal generation, without native generative AI, AI takeoff/estimating, or conversational AI capabilities.

CoConstruct does not offer native AI-powered dispatching or AI scheduling. It uses traditional Gantt-chart project scheduling with manual task dependencies and automated, rule-based notification triggers when dates change, but lacks predictive scheduling, automated trade routing, or AI fleet/dispatch optimization.

CoConstruct does not offer a native AI assistant, conversational copilot, AI call handling/CSR, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server interface.

CoConstruct features a native, built-in two-way integration with Intuit QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online and Windows-based QuickBooks Desktop) and Xero. The accounting-to-field integration is native, handling sync for estimates, purchase orders, bills, change orders, time tracking, and budget actuals. It does not provide native out-of-the-box connections to enterprise accounting platforms such as Sage Intacct or Foundation.

CoConstruct does not maintain a public app store or software marketplace. It provides a partner network directory composed of certified consulting, accounting, training, and marketing partners.

CoConstruct is supported by Agave, a construction-specific unified API platform that enables reading and writing project and financial data. Merge.dev does not support CoConstruct.

CoConstruct is not a standalone general ledger accounting application. It operates via bi-directional integration with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, allowing contractors to run either cash-basis or accrual-basis accounting depending on how their connected accounting system is configured.

A paid third-party implementer or VAR is not strictly required, as CoConstruct provides internal onboarding specialists and implementation coaches. However, optional paid consulting and certified partner services (such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor setup calls) are available.
