PlanSwift is sold on an annual subscription per user/license basis (PlanSwift Professional Subscription). While legacy perpetual licenses were historically available, ConstructConnect transitioned the product to recurring annual subscription licensing.

PlanSwift Professional Subscription is listed at $2,000 per user/license per year (with some vendor listings showing $1,749/year). A 14-day free trial is available.

Microsoft Excel integration is included in the base subscription. Additional trade-specific plugins and starter packs (e.g., concrete, roofing, earthwork) require additional separate purchases; pricing for API/SDK access and custom integrations is quote-only.

PlanSwift connects directly to accounting platforms such as QuickBooks (specifically QuickBooks Desktop versions via an official native plugin) and A-Systems JobView. It also links with construction field and project management systems including Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, PlanGrid, and ProjectPAK. The accounting and PM connections are native for QuickBooks (via PlanSwift's first-party plugin), while connections to other third-party accounting, field, or ERP systems rely on partner-developed plugins, third-party middleware, or file exports (Excel/CSV).

Neither Agave nor Merge.dev supports PlanSwift through their unified construction or accounting API platforms.
